The ESA-to-ClassWallet-to-BJJ pipeline can feel confusing. Here's the exact process, with screenshots in mind, from a Queen Creek academy that's done it dozens of times.
Why This Guide Exists
Arizona's Empowerment Scholarship Account program is one of the best education funding tools in the country — but the enrollment process for extracurricular vendors isn't exactly intuitive. We've walked over 40 Queen Creek and San Tan Valley families through this process, and the same questions come up every time. This guide covers them all.
Step 1: Confirm Your ESA Eligibility
If your child is enrolled in Arizona ESA (administered by the Arizona Department of Education), you already have a ClassWallet account with allocated funds. Log in at classwallet.com and confirm your balance. If you're not yet enrolled in ESA, the application process is handled through the ADE — we can point you to the right resources.
Step 2: Find Gracie Barra Queen Creek on ClassWallet
In ClassWallet, search for 'Gracie Barra Queen Creek' under the Physical Education or Extracurricular category. We're a fully registered vendor. Select our listing, and you'll see the eligible programs and pricing tiers.
Step 3: Visit Us and Choose a Program
Before completing payment through ClassWallet, we recommend bringing your child for a free trial class. This lets you see the program firsthand and choose the right age group: Little Champions I (5–6), LC II (7–9), or Juniors (10–15).
Step 4: Complete Enrollment Through ClassWallet
Once you've chosen a program, complete the ClassWallet transaction through the platform on your end. From there, your child is enrolled and can begin attending classes immediately. If you have questions about which program to choose, call us at (602) 826-5944.
Your first class is free.
